the meaning of the Spiral that is linked to the concepts of emanation, extension, development and in particular to the idea of progressive cyclic continuity and to that of creation, expressed by rotation. This symbolic form also appears in Leonardo da Vinci's codex on the flight of birds, in particular the sheet representing the "aerial screw" in which the movements of a helix structure in relation to air are studied. The spiral contains within itself the golden codes, the harmonic proportion of divine forms and the ideologically perpetual and therefore infinite rotary movement; these themes were for me the fundamental creative combination of departure. The work is designed to involve a tree and its branches; the fronds will become a natural windbreak vehicle for specially designed spiral bodies. A series of mirrors will reflect the light, increasing the suggestion of the movement which will be favored by the natural movements of the air. The spectators will be invited to move around the space of the tree delimited by a circular shape as if to tread a sacred area on the ground which, crossing it physically and ideologically, will favor "immersion in an imaginative world", made up of movements, of Platonic forms and reflective mirror-lights falling from the branches. The public will be able to interact with the work by grasping some "secret scrolls" that will take on the symbolic aspect of sharing and giving.
